We love this coffee machine so far, no complaints. Took a little while to set up but very easy after that. Makes delicious espresso. Came unexpectedly with next day delivery which was great.

Save your money. TERRIBLE.

Terrible. Slow. Noisy. Even hot setting which is temperamental makes Luke warm coffee. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Extremely disappointing – product arrived in unacceptable condition

I paid around £500 for a new coffee machine, only to receive one covered in scratches, scuff marks and signs of wear. The portafilter, coffee baskets and other accessories had stains, residue and dirty, sticky surfaces. Even the area where the coffee comes out showed signs of previous use. This is completely unacceptable for a product sold as new from a brand like Ninja, especially at this price point. I had to spend time documenting the defects and contacting customer service to resolve an issue that should never have happened in the first place. I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the experience. I expect better quality control and a proper resolution. I would think twice before making another expensive purchase from Amazon and Ninja.

I only drink one coffee a day, this is by far my best purchase 😊 it’s so easy to use! I absolutely love it and would without hesitation recommend it! I’m now drinking numerous different coffees! It’s incredibly easy to use.
