I’m very particular about my coffee and hate when it’s over or under extracted and I found that difficult on other machines. This one produces perfect coffee every time and it’s quite easy to use. It’s got a good balance between being push button but actually still being very customisable. I had zero issues unpacking it and installing, the instructions are very clear, it all probably took me 30 mins. One thing to mention. Don’t get discouraged by first failed attempts at good coffee. The machine has got automatic grind suggestions and if you follow the recommended adjustments don’t be alarmed that it may take first 4 or so wasted cups of coffee as it can suggest 18 then 8, then back to 16 etc etc. You’d be probably better off selecting mid range grind from the start (for our beans 13 works perfectly) and then adjust a bit up or down based on your preference. The machine recommends us 11 now but we just keep 13 as 11 gets over extracted. So follow your own preference After figuring this out the machine gives us perfect coffee every time. Bonus tip: there’s a hidden compartment on the right side to store your accessories! :)

Leaks, like just sitting there. Nothing to do with making a coffee. The grind auto thing is rubbish, don't use it. Buy from someone who doesn't make you walk a mile to return something that's broken.

I’d researched extensively to find a bean to cup machine to replace my existing Sage Barista. For a machine that is less than half the price, I’m really impressed. It’s a bit slower than my previous machine, but only by seconds per drink. Set up is easy, the brew results are consistent. The ability for the machine to sense and recommend the ideal grind is a game changer for anyone who is it a coffee expert. It makes it look like I know what I am doing, with a lot less waste then a the usual trial and effort needed. There could be more customisation (I like my milk half way between two pre-set options), but I don’t think that it would be worth the additional expense. If you can get this machine for less than the full cost it’s a real bargain delivering great value for money. At full price, it’s still a good piece of kit. You won’t regret it.
