The Ninja kettle looks nice next to my Ninja Air Fryer. . I am impressed with the speed at which it reaches the desired temperature and love its ability to heat water to different temperatures dependent on what I want to drink The kettle makes a distinct beeping sound once it reaches temperature, which is loud enough to be heard from another room. I’m really loving my Ninja products and can’t wait to add to my collection.

This kettle is great initially although expensive for what it is. Sadly less than 2 years old and it’s broke so either you can replace the base at £40 or buy a new kettle

Kettle felt flimsy on opening. After about 7 months use, the kettle would not heat up. Any small mount of water on base or steam would stop the kettle from heating. Other times, it would not reach desired temperature and just switch off.

Generally a good kettle, with a couple of annoyances: - If you boil it (100 degrees C) and a minute or so passes and the temperature drops to 98 C or so and you want to boil it again, it will refuse to do so you have to wait for it to drop to around 97 degrees before it's willing to bring the water back to a full boil. Very silly and annoying for those who want their water to be actively boiling as it pours over their tea. - The + and - buttons give the impression you can set the target temperature. You cannot, those buttons just scroll through the 6 preset temperatures you see at the bottom. - It can be slow to reach target temperatures as it's a bit overly cautious, and heats up very slowly once it's in the ballpark of the target temperature.
