Verified PurchaseThis coffee machine is amazing, I love it. Makes the perfect cup of coffee and really good iced coffee. Looks really good in my kitchen too. The quality is excellent, easy to use and easy to clean. Well done Ninja.

Verified PurchaseReally good and efficient machine , I would have to say that it does seem to use a lot of beans , only use IQ once and choose your bean strength accordingly especially if you have had experience with other bean to cup machines. It doesn’t brew hot either so change settings to your required temperature and enjoy
Verified PurchaseThis without a doubt is a well made robust machine. On unpacking I noticed the plastic control panel which is touch sensitive has some small dents which is disappointing. I had other bean to cup machines and found this one a bit of a nightmare. Calibrating it used 500g of coffee beans! Not great at all. I am going to stick with identical beans as cannot do that again. Cleaning and drip tray system is excellent. I find coffee temperature and grind perfect for me. I am pleased with the machine overall. Other reviews advised it is an easy set up. I don’t think I have a challenged IQ.. but I did not find it easy!
Verified PurchaseCracking bit of kit, the grind IQ feature does got through a few beans, however its worth as the coffee produced is dead on every time!
Verified PurchaseWorth every penny - second bean to cup machine and a definite upgrade- closest to barista shop standard and easy to use
Verified PurchaseInce the machine is set up to your preferred coffee taste it produces a lovely cup of whatever type of coffe you like
Verified PurchaseDoes just what it says I love it.
Verified PurchaseBought this to replace my broken and aged delonghi magnifica which had served us well. The Ninja seemed a great upgrade. I have to say top marks for style and build quality. The milk frothing in that giant steel jug with magnetic stirring is an absolute joy. However, thats where the good end. Endless filling the water reservoir and emptying the drip tray. The grind IQ function was the real issue - it needed calibration two or three times a week using beans like never before. (Nine shots worth). The espresso was inconsistent. Great shot when calibrated but then the shot was hardly being pushed through the puck. In short looks great and solid - fails on its main job, which is to make coffee, and is endlessly faffy - it has been returned.
Verified PurchaseAbsolutely amazing with little effort. Would definitely recommend
Verified PurchaseAs with other Ninja appliances, the quality is high, great value for money for a coffee shop at home brew! It’s sleek, doesn’t take up a huge amount of counter top space either. The brew time is slightly longer than the length of the full kettle to boil, but worth the wait! Noise level is ok, it’s the grinding of the beans that’s the noise but it doesn’t sound overly loud or irritating. A fab purchase I use several times a day and will save me buying coffee out and about!
